1. General Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the purchase of the Taste of Hangul Soup - 7 Drops of Courage: A K-Culture VOD Curriculum digital course, provided by Hangulsoup, a registered sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. We strive to provide a clear and fair policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Period)

A customer may request a full refund and cancellation of the purchase under the following conditions:

The request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The purchased content has not been accessed or used beyond the minimal introductory phase.

3. Conditions for Non-Refundable Purchases

No refund will be provided if any of the following conditions are met, as the service is considered used or accessed:

Content Usage Exceeds 5%: The customer has consumed or accessed 5% or more of the total course video content (measured by the platform's user tracking system).
Content Download: The customer has downloaded any part of the course content files.
Time Expiration: 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase date.

4. Refund Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted via email to the official business contact: hangulsoup@gmail.com
The request must include the Customer Name, Purchase Date, and Order Number.
Upon receipt, Hangulsoup will review the usage log (as per Section 3) within 5 business days.
If approved, the refund amount (excluding processing fees or taxes already incurred) will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
